Bake booths

They are designed using spray booths technology but most often they are built without underground air ducts, what reduce costs of investment. They can be built this way, because the majority of details painted in the furniture industry is stored on multi-storey carts. Evaporating of solvents must be uniform for every 'store' so nearly horizontal air draft must be induced. Therefore ventilation arrangements in bake booths usually apply so-called crossflow systems.

The size of the ventilation system is matched to the size of the spray booth batch input. As in spray booths the air heating is possibile using different sorts of heating media. Separating the spray and bake booth greatly reduce dusting of painted details.
